Simon joined TARCG in November 2022 as the Head of Recruitment Operations and brings with him 20 years’ of recruitment experience across a variety of industries, primarily Aviation and Engineering.  With this strong recruitment background and his keen personal interest in Aviation, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, not only in this area, but in the development, management, and leadership of highly successful teams. 

Simon is passionate about people and delivering an industry-leading service and at TARCG will focus on the development of client relationships, sales performance, and leading the team.    

Originally from Essex, Simon now enjoys living in the Devon countryside and spending time with his family and crazy cocker spaniel.  Having been in the Navy before working in recruitment, Simon can often be seen running and cycling around Devon, and also recently completed his first marathon.
